Dalam thread ni, I'll tell you your rights as a buyer and how Shopee will guarantee you that!

1. Duit korang as customers tak terus masuk ke account seller.

Yes! Yang ni ramai dah tahu. Shopee akan hold dulu duit korang sampai korang click button "Order Received"

Kalau item dah sampai & korang lupa nak click "Order Received", Shopee akan release payment after 3 days.

IMPORTANT: Unbox your parcels before clicking "Order Received"

Pastikan barang yang sampai tu adalah barang yang korang order and takde rosak. Then bolehlah click the button.

If rosak, click "Contact Seller" untuk inform seller.

Then, boleh proceed click "Return/Refund"

Kalau korang click "Order Received" before checking your items and ada rosak or salah item, Shopee dah tak boleh ambil action.

It will then all based on the seller's courtesy

2. Auto-cancellation/ Instant-Cancellation

Yang ni latest update by Shopee pasal shipping untuk musim PKP ni.

Seller wajib pos barang within 5 days selepas click "Arrange Shipment"

Kalau tak order customer akan automatically cancelled & shopee akan refund semula.

Buyers juga boleh buat instant cancellation (tak perlu seller's approval) up to 72 hours dari tempoh order paid kalau seller tak click "Arrange Shipment"

Shopee akan refund duit korang kat "ShopeePay" & korang kena activate dulu tau!

3. Rate & Review

Yang ni hak korang sebagai buyers untuk rate & review shopping experience korang.

Bagilah rating & review yang bersesuaian dengan servis new sellers sebab ni chance dorang untuk gain trust from other potential buyers.

So, korang tak perlu risau kalau korang kena tipu oleh new sellers!
