1. Duit korang as customers tak terus masuk ke account seller.

Yes! Yang ni ramai dah tahu. Shopee akan hold dulu duit korang sampai korang click button "Order Received"

Kalau item dah sampai & korang lupa nak click "Order Received", Shopee akan release payment after 3 days.

IMPORTANT: Unbox your parcels before clicking "Order Received"

Pastikan barang yang sampai tu adalah barang yang korang order and takde rosak. Then bolehlah click the button.

If rosak, click "Contact Seller" untuk inform seller.

Then, boleh proceed click "Return/Refund"

Kalau korang click "Order Received" before checking your items and ada rosak or salah item, Shopee dah tak boleh ambil action.
