So I set my price range to the minimum ($50-60k) on zillow, a short thread:
$55k in North Carolina
$55k in North Carolina
$52,900 in Florida
$55k in georgia
1,518 sq ft exactly, in case you were wondering
$50,900 in Mississippi
$50k in Louisiana
$53,400 and definitely haunted in Louisiana
$55k in Tennessee
$55,600 in Virginia
$55k in Maryland
$52k and also definitely haunted in Maryland
One more photo of the Maryland property for $52k
Okay so I lied when i said this would be short, I’m going to keep going with it. Going to do all 50 states
0 bedroom 0 bathroom in Pennsylvania for $52,500
$55k in Pennsylvania
$50k in New York, really great pictures guys. Nice work, I’d totally buy this house just off these photos
$50k in New York, this one’s a whole 750 sq ft. The houses here are huge if you’re going to buy a $50k-$60k home look in New York
If you don’t see a state here it’s because there was literally just nothing there
$50k in New Hampshire, 310 sq ft with outhouse
0 bedroom 0 bathroom in Maine for $52,900 and it’s 1,176 sq ft which is totally believable and doesn’t sound unreasonably large as compared to the photos at all
And we have ourselves an absolute STEAL here in Maine for $55k, built in 1900 5 bedroom 2 bathroom 1,692 sq ft with 1.75 acres of land. This is the best one I’ve seen yet. What’s the catch?? More pics in next comment.
Actually decent Maine house pt 2
I know you all see the time at the top of my screen in all these screenshots.. and I am not even a little bit ashamed
1 bed 1 bath home in Ohio for $55,999. Not $56k and not $55,998, but specifically $55,999. But there’s no heating or a/c
$50k in Ohio
Woah we’ve got ourselves another lucky find! $55k in ohio, cute little 1 bed 2 bath 681 sq ft place on 1.25 acres
$50k 2 bed 2 bath 3,289 sq ft home sitting on 4.9 acres in Missouri
I had to laugh when I saw the outside photos of this one, $50,900 in Missouri
$50k in Michigan
$56,200 in Michigan. 13/10 photos, best we’ve seen yet
Wisconsin, Kentucky(!), Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, Illinois, and iowa are not bad at all, for $50-$60k. I’m sure I’ll find a few more like that but I won’t add those, you get the idea
There was not one property in all of North Dakota, here are the 2 South Dakota properties(1st $50k, 2nd $52k) and the 3rd photo is the singular Nebraska property at $50k. Kansas is almost just as barren.
Texas and oklahoma were the best so far, but only north tx and parts of central and east, nothing down south or out west and not much central either. But oklahoma was consistent
Here is the one Colorado property at $52k, 275 sq ft. It’s actually nice inside. Not one property in Wyoming, Idaho, Nevada, or Utah, 2 in New Mexico and Montana that aren’t anything too exciting, 3 in Arizona.
The 2 Oregon houses, left $54,900 666 sq ft sitting on .73 acres. Right $55k, slightly larger & described as a “major fixer upper under foreclosure”
Not 1 in all of Washington, here’s a California property(amount in California aboit equal to that of Kansas) $54,900 750 sq ft
$55k 400 sq ft 1 bedroom 0 bath in California no there is not even an outhouse and this is being advertised as ~housing~
Hawaii had 1 house, this is it. $54k 648 sq ft
Took me 3 years to drag section by section through all of alaska on the map but Alaska has 2, here is the first at $50k for 625 sq ft
Alaska house # 2, $54,900 653 sq ft
And that concludes this(not short)thread...yes I will be resuming my prior activity of browsing through multimillion dollar horse properties now.Thank you for staying this far if you read this thread, even though it was more entertaining in the beginning when the houses were worse
