bail is being granted only to a very limited class of prisoners (ground of urgency). No masks have been provided to them by the authorities and social distancing is not followed in jail which are always overcrowded @ICLU_Ind @Vakeel_Sb

Client also narrates that after every two hour the cells are being sanitized properly. On the plus side says, that adequate facility is available for washing hands.
