Breaking - @Taiwan_CDC releases the full content of the email that they sent to @WHO on December 31, 2019, warning them about the emergence of “atypical pneumonia” cases in #China and request WHO to share more information with them.

@Taiwan_CDC chief Dr. Chen Shih-Zhong criticized @WHO for not using medical professionals’ knowledge to respond to suspicion about the organization ignoring warning coming from #Taiwan.

Chen argued that any public health expert or doctor would know what kind of conditions require isolated treatment. He said if “isolated treatment” is not a warning, what would constitute warning?

Chen called on @WHO to own up to their behaviors and try to address the result of their negligence proactively. He also said they should stop deflecting criticism against them and stop making mistakes.
