@JagexSupport PLEASE HELP. I have made a twitter just to get in contact with you guys. My account has been banned on runescape "[email protected]", name was just changed to HuskyJay. Its security has been recently comprimised and was locked out 3 times in past few days.

Its name was changed and both oldschool RS and RS3 accounts hacked as soon as I bought a membership again and removed the authenticator. So i put the authenticator on, only to get locked out repeadatly. This time it says Im permabanned for MACROING, I have never!!

so now I am reaching out for help to please review my account. I only ever log on from Pennsylvania, and I use the mobile app to play. I JUST WANT TO PLAY, i just bought a new membership literally 2 days ago and all this has happened since. It says the ban is not appealable.
