Ooh good one!

Motivation is actually linked to your:

Purpose

Identity

Values

Beliefs

People usually try to muster up motivation through their behavior or environment which works for awhile but not when you’re playing the long game & eventually want to stick it to your enemies lol
This is called the logical levels of change through consciousness

Use the questions to carve out your identity/values/beliefs.

Then what you need to learn/do to hit your goal.
For example if you need motivation to launch a YouTube channel it would look like this:

Identify- I’m a business or empathetic healer who helps people see their true potential

Values- it’s important to me to help as many people as possible
Beliefs- I believe that I can do this by sharing my knowledge online & effectively through video content

Knowledge/Skills- I need to learn how to create my own videos or hire someone
Here’s where motivation comes in.

If you don’t have the time to learn full video production or the money to hire someone...

The fact that you know that you’re meant to help people & you believe video is the best medium to do it...

You bust out your iPhone, record & upload.
You do this every week for 5 weeks and your channel grows.

You start getting 1:1 coaching requests.

You’re earning money so now you can finally hire someone for production.
Motivation isn’t really about WHAT you have to do it’s about WHY you’re doing it.

This allows you some wiggle room when it comes to HOW to do it.

You don’t have to launch perfectly.

Just launch.
