#Honestly is trending & although I'm not sure why I'm going to use it in relation 2 #Honesty

& I'm going to begin with Peoples Champ #MichaelWatson & why? Because Michael was in my #dream last night

just an echo but enough to set sail 4 a #thread so all aboard

1. Michael has been on an incredible journey - I know this because I've read his story & his courage is nothing short of amazing

His comeback from the brink - inspiring

As a man & fellow human being ~ exceptional

He represents the best of what it is to be a #lightworker

2. Michael wrote the foreword 4 my last book a deeply personal, poignant piece

here is a section

I'm sure boxing readers will be aware that I nearly lost my life to boxing, in an accident which would require 6 Brain Operations by world leading neurologist surgeon Peter Hamlyn

3 After reading about his remarkable journey back to health AND completing the London Marathon! What also really struck me was his unshakeable faith, his stamina & his innate kindness

Here was a man who had been to hell & back & yet he still #shines - he knows his own #power

4. A recent conversation with one of his closest friends, Brendan O'Connor made it clear just HOW much shines..

Ever ready to help others Michael is unflagging in his desire to please - you only have to see his wall to see that

& this is because he has been in a dark place...

5. Think people forget this sometimes ...

But I was given a glimpse last night in a dream that may resonate with all those - & there are many - currently struggling in the dark of our current situation

#anxiety #depression are keeping company all across the land

and the World

6. I was in a small grey space - like a prison cell

And there was Michael - not as you see him now

But as he was then
when he was in his darkest place within himself

Trapped
Helpless
Imprisoned

Oh boy...

7. And so I'll say this;

We are all of usconstrained at the moment & it's tough

But we still have the physical power of movement & speech

Can you imagine not having that AND the other !?

And yet this was Michael

Just look at him now..

Just look at him

& feel #HOPE

8. When I came on Twitter last nite I saw so many people, not just at war with the usual suspects - but with themselves
Having not had the best day myself it was a brief foray b4 I retired for the night - but u know what they say everything has its #season
