2) We and lakhs of Gurgaon & Faridabad residents like us, are facing issues related to the inflated billing being done by #DHBVN during and before the #Lockdown period.
Many of us have made representation of the inflated electricity billing at various forums but without success

3) DHBVN meter readers are not coming to take meter readings even when our meters are working. This is being done knowingly by #DHBVN bec it then sends us inflated bill based on 'PR' basis, based on our usage history.This is a very flawed &biased method in favour of discom.

4) We all know that electricity consumption at our homes/offices vary based on season. Electricity consumption is very high only during summer- May, June & July. Otherwise electricity consumption is low and at its bottom during winter.

5) DHBVN should take into account usage history for only the respective months & generate the bill in case their field executives r unable to take meter reading.However,unfairly they take usage history for the whole year &generate bill based on 'PR' which makes the bill inflated.

7) Making individual complaints about the same with #DHBVN has not worked for majority of us. I therefore appeal to all of you to unite and raise our concerns together. Without getting united we all will continue to suffer at the hands of the evil @PowerHaryana
