short introduction thread to spy x family and why you should read it!

the story: spy x family by endo tatsuya, is about a well known spy, code name "twilight" is assigned a mission where he is required to have a family. taking on the alias of loid forger, he adopts a little girl, anya, who is a telepath. however, even after adopting anya, he runs

into trouble as the school that he needs to enroll anya in, requires that all children have married parents. by chance, he meets yor briar, who agrees to marry him on short notice in order to hide the fact that she really is an assassin. with this, their family life begins!

the characters:

loid forger: a spy code named twilight, who has an unknown past. he works to the best of his capability despite there always being trouble along the way. anya's adoptive father and yor's husband.

yor forger (briar): an assassin who works as a clerk for the city. during the nights, she is an assassin who's code name is thorn princess. she is incredibly strong and powerful as an assassin, but is only capable of basic housework. anya's adoptive mother and loid's wife.

anya forger: technically a 4 year old, but pretended to be 6 in order to get adopted. she has been with many other adoptive families before settling with loid. she has telepathic powers which is why she knows her parents' secrets.

there are many more characters like, yuri briar (yor's younger brother) and frankie (a good friend of loid's), but they haven't played major roles (yet), so there isn't much, but read to find out more!

why you should read:

it's a lighthearted comedy about a family doing their best!! along with the comedy, there has been lots of action so far, like any other espionage story! though not many chapters have been released so far, each chapter has been a worthwhile read and keeps

you wanting to see more of the forger family and their adventures as a family and as individuals!
