I'm dawdling on the six fanarts thing due to being slow, lazy, easily-distracted, and rusty, sooo... let's do this one!
1. fuck it oldschool techno let's go
2. if you're surprised that I didn't lead with Italo disco, it's because I was luring you into a false sense of security
3. I'd say "you'd be surprised at how many times I started off my morning by listening to this in the car and imagining an anime-style OP for a game set to this song" but that'd be a lie, because you all know me.
4. I tried to get into electro in high-school and I found a lot of stuff I liked, but this jazzy and smooth kinda 80s synth jam with a breakbeat always struck me as particularly smooth
5. as much as I want to big-dick about how obscure and eclectic my music tastes are, sometimes I have to say "this song? this song DESERVES to be known as one that whips ass."
6. when I first started getting exposed to Italo Disco, this song in particular just took me off my fucking feet.
Listen to that synth. That's *meaty.*

7. I don't know if I actually love this track, I just know it... very well.
... it also hits a lil' different during the current scenario.

8. for some reason my notifications are saying there's 8 likes but the post is only showing 5?? Fuck it, either way, I'm a 30yo white guy so here's my favorite Beach Boys song:
9. I may or may not love this song because of how often my heroes have let me down, also it's just kind of a nice anthem for when celebrities turn out to be complete fuckos
10. Cosmic Slop is my favorite Funkadelic track but I got introduced to it by the Axiom Funk version, which has some life-threateningly groovy and deep bass and a nice, spacey feel.
11. this is genuinely one of my biggest "feel good" songs that I know will bring me back at least slightly to center when I'm completely outta whack. House music all night long and all that.
12. since I'm already going wide open, check this. I like the Stylistics' original, but it's awfully wistful and almost tragic compared to Angela Bofill's version, which is a pinch "well, what can ya do" and a dash "it happens, but it means you're alive"
13. More feel-good music favorites of mine!
14. hey if you listen to any song in this thread, please listen to the above song.
That said, here's a bad-times song:
