In Tintin and the Picaros, we see lots of use of the German M35 Stahlhelm painted white and grey by San Theodorean troops
The San Theodorean troops make use of German Military doctrine with their uniforms clearly, most notably with Jackboots, breeches, and Sam Browne belts. Note the arm band as well
The Rebels are inspired by Fidel Castro in Cuba and Che Guevara in Bolivia
I get strong Arab Legion Vibes from these soldiers of some Middle Eastern Kingdom
These helmets look bulgarian or maybe italian to me
