So I officially have filed for unemployment. Which was an executive functioning and anxiety nightmare. But I got through it.

My tips for others that are doing the same, and have similar issues:
-If you have high anxiety, make yourself comfortable. Sitting in my bed instead of my desk makes my own body relax. Make some tea?

-Go for a "dry" run before you officially submit everything, so you know what info they expect.

-Break. Things Down. Then break them down more.
To give you a picture of how hard this task was for me, I filled out one question, then walked away to collect myself, relaxed for 10 mins, then filled out the next one. Then repeat. It was just mentally and emotionally overwhelming to think of the whole thing at once.
And I just wanted to share my experience, in case anyone else is in the same disorienting boat that is anxiety and decision paralysis right now.

Every big thing is made of small things. It's okay to be gentle with yourself and find the small things.
