Can @VictoriaPolice @DanielAndrewsMP please explain to me why cemetery visits are not permitted. My brother and sister-in-law asked to leave Fawkner Cemetery as it's not 1 of the reasons to be out. Who would they contaminate? Outrageous.

They were visiting their dearly departed son. They have both followed all social distancing laws as required and have only left their house for essentials. Visiting their son is essential for them and not harmful to anyone. Yet people can go to holiday houses.
