Being an employee at #DOLLARAMA , seeing all the tweets about not giving gloves and mask, I want to tell you all - This ain't true. I have been provided with gloves and mask every time during my shift.
Of course gloves are not supposed to be changed after serving every customer.
Customers may not know this but

1) The carts (especially the handles) are cleaned every 30 minutes with sanitizers

5) The cash counters are cleaned very very very often with sanitizers to maintain hygiene because many customers don't purchase bags and rather open up their super smelly unwashed bags right there on the counter. Trust me, I have to hold my breathe many times.

4) Customers are strictly/politely asked to stand at a distance of 1.5 meters and big blue taped boxes have been made on floor for every customer. I feel sorry when people don't know how to stay in their marked section and forget about social distancing.

2) The touch-pads where you enter your PIN numbers while doing a payment by card are cleaned after almost every transaction because tap does not work for a lot of customers and they have to use their fingers.

3) Asking about our masks !! Do you wear masks as a customer? Do you think before cleaning that watery nose, sneezing and coughing without mask?
We deal with it because no employee wants to compromise with their own or other customer's health cz of your stupidity.

6) I don't wanna argue on any stuff other than CORONA virus tweets about #DOLLARAMA . Those matters are internal and being an employee I am no one to comment about it at this platform. I am happy being an associate.

In nutshell, #DOLLARAMA is declared an essential service by government for a reason. Enough said.
