CJ Chidyausiku went further to suggest to me ,"Why don't you for your own party?"Honestly this is baffling.Justice Garwe,Patel,Malaba,Ziyambi,&all the 9SC Judges concurred&it was said they are unanimous.ZPF ws the RULING PARTY not following it's constitution.

My case vs RGM&ZPF ws an opportunity for th BENCH t tell th ruling party t be exemplary by following it's own constitution.They chose t please RGM&ZPF.I was left with no recourse than forming my own party ZIMBABWE PEOPLEFIRST wth Joice,Mutasa&R Gumbo.All facts th same n MDCT CASE

Here were are today same Judges &same similar case but different judgement.Both favoouring ZPF.Honestly they didn't do Khupe any favour but ZPF.BUT,I chose t do what th court wrongly ordered me t do,for another political party t fight ZPF.WE ADDED VOTES TO MDC 2018 2.6M NC votes.
