Secondly, the US - like Australia and Canada - is an enormous, federal, English speaking, common law country...with a few dense cities, otherwise sprawling populations, and where officials keep very accurate statistics of causes of death. Most of the world does not do this.

Thirdly, too few who know better are facing the fact that not only was Beijing lying about the extent of #Coronavirus but that it likely still has no idea how many have really died from this ravenous contagion. At a certain point, the CCP's performance legitimacy starts crumbling
