Tbh I have a hard time self-describing or being described as any gay body type (bears, twinks,etc) because I don& #39;t feel like these labels were meant to accommodate black and brown bodies. Mostly when (yt) gays say their body type it& #39;s through that yt archetypical lens. I opt out.
Whether it& #39;s the apps, preference themed events, even Twitter identifications and preferences in your bios. There& #39;s an expectation of whiteness that comes with it and a second guessing of black/brown bodies in that label. It& #39;s an extension of preferencial racism. It& #39;s tired.
