The beer left in my fridge as a soccer lineup, a short thread:
In goal, the Great Divide Yeti Imperal Stout, because you need stout goalkeeping.

In defense, Miller High Life. Unspectacular, yes, but a steady, consistent presence. In any occasion, it gets the job done.
In the midfield, Martin City’s Imperial Alchemy stout. Potent (9.2% ABV), creative (bourbon-barrel aged).

Up front, a pair of Wichita Brewing’s Valley View Vanilla Porters. Vanilla is no knock here. These strikers are smooth. They know their role and do exactly what’s asked.
We’re playing a diamond 4-4-2, little bit of forward impetus from the fullbacks, and any one of the midfielders could do the work of four of the opponents (again, 9.2% ABV)

This has been Talkin Beer/Talkin Soccer/a cry for help
