Working as the National Field Director for @BernieSanders was truly the honor of a lifetime. I grew as an organizer and leader in ways I couldn't even imagine.

But, it was really possible because I got to manage 3 of the best organizers: @YongJungC @hannahafertig & @lancnick

When @YongJungC first told me her vision for the constituency organizing team I was enthralled and had a lot of questions.

But fast forward - she helped build huge national constituency programs, AND supported detailed constituency field turnout strategies in Iowa and Nevada.

Every checkin she brought new brilliant ideas, pushed me to think more creatively, and always advocated for her team.

. @YongJungC is truly one of the hardest working, sharpest, kind people I know.

I can't believe I didn't know @hannahafertig a year ago.

Hannah worked every single day to make sure that our distributed program was doing the highest quality, scaled work possible.

She always made sure we were showing up for and listened to our AMAZING volunteers.

She never was scared to mix things up if it didn't work. She asked hard questions, and always tried to figure out what else we could be doing.

@hannahafertig has grit, brilliance, and brings boundless optimism to the work.

From day 1 @lancnick brought his experience as an FO and RFD to the table. Making sure any program we designed would really *work* for our field staff.

Running a national program that works hand in hand with states is, not easy, but Nick pushed us every day to make it happen.

He designed comprehensive trainings that nearly every field staff went through

He made sure every field director got to talk to our team every week (or more), making sure we were really supporting them.

@lancnick is one of the most committed, funny, smart people I know.
