Before this really hit home we #medicalscientists learned that starting basic grade medical scientists start with a lower income than lab aides.

This field is one of the most innovative and driven medical disciplines with little to no attention.

Yes things need to improve but you left out a hell of a lot of context.

Stock we can't fix overnight.

Attitudes to #medlab #medicalscientists sure as hell do.

You want to make it better.

Give those in the lab a voice.
Give them pay parity respect and a seat at the fucking table
