Step 1: @domespo Protein Extraordinaire @FredNatLab @theNCI utilizing multiple plasmids for comprehensive dataset. Making SARS-CoV2 spike & RBD proteins from @KizzyPhD NIAID VRC & @florian_krammer

Step 2: Dr. Matthew Memoli (Director of Clinical Studies, Lab of Infectious Diseases) & team at @NIHClinicalCntr @NIAIDNews managing our clinical end with blood donations and collection

Step 3: Our testing team incl. Heather Kalish @NIBIBgov & @cispt2 @NCATS_NIH_GOV measuring Spike/RBD IgG/IgM/IgA seropositivity & cross-reactivity w other coronaviruses. Controls, controls, & multiple readouts.

Step 4: With samples, we will be able to check back on the immune signatures of asymptomatic & recovered individuals using high-color flow cytometry, RNAseq, and Luminex-based assays.
