I’m going say this because I see some people are seeing pending DD from the US treasury and others aren’t so let me go over a few things from my years in banking and knowing how didn’t institutions works.
DD can be wire or ach up to five days before the actual set delivery date. The receiving institution has it own available policy. Some banks process incoming payment once a day others do multiple times a day.
Credit Unions are different than Banks. Some CU will make available funds over the weekend(mainly Saturday) things that will post Monday or Tuesday. I’m going to assume you know the difference between pending and posted, so I’ll skip that.
We don’t know how many payments Treasury is sending out at once, so don’t call customer at your bank just because your friend at the same bank has already gotten their. The could be using the alphabet to send out certain number of payments at a time, grouping if you will
