Only 2 had pres primary & court on same day, 2000 & 2016. Court turnout was 94% and 93% of pres respectively. 2008 were different days. 2004&12 had no court election. 1/n

2018 was the 4th highest court total at 997485. All other contested court elections have been under 1M, typically around 800-900k. Lower totals in unopposed races (2001,2005,2006,2017) are about 500k.
