People are tuning out. There's too much info out there. You need to set yourself apart. Double down on graphics and infographics to grab attention and say the same thing.
Despite everything your organization is doing to help in this crisis, the narrative of "you're not doing enough" can sometimes creep in. Change the narrative with videos that tell your story:
Don't just "tell" everyone about the #COVID19 services you are offering..."show" them instead. Customized mobile friendly maps showing services and resources help those who can't access from a computer. https://bit.ly/MV_ResourceMap
