Choose anyone from Chatfuel, ManyChat or Conversiobot.

Rules:

1. Don't name the campaign, ad sets or ads with a banned trigger word like sex, dating, etc.

2. Be sure the domain doesn't contain banned trigger words

3. Protect the site with Cloudflare (the free plan is okay)

4. You still CAN'T promote sexual stuff with this method

Whether they clicked on those links or not is not of the highest importance. What is important here is that we've captured them as a lead.
