1/ We NEED national randomized antibody testing, to know how many people have already been infected and recovered. And we need it NOW. Here’s how we get it. @realDonaldTrump tells his scientists to complete widespread testing in ONE week (this is feasible)...

2/ If they do not, the government will switch its recommendations for lockdowns to current or VERY near future hospital overcapacity. (This would mean everywhere but NYC would no longer have a lockdown recommendation).

3/ If they find this plan unacceptable to the public health, they need to propose immediately a reasonable set of prospectively defined metrics for full, partial, or no lockdowns - statewide and nationally. No cases or deaths is NOT a reasonable metric.
