1/3 This virus is brutal, my partner had it, today after 10 days he hasn’t taken any medication.The cough itself is absolutely horrendous, I thought he will cough his insides out. I prayed like I have never done before coz I thought he was going to die

2/3He hated all smells and would throw up, no appetite. Had to lock his door, 2yr old couldn’t understand why she can’t stay with dad. I made him ginger/garlic/lemon/honey tea. Sometimes I added turmeric and cinnamon, I would add mint for him to breath in

3/3 I saw I tweet here about a breathing technique which I forced him to do(sorry I can’t remember whose tweet). #Sussexsquad,you made me feel better all through this, you lifted my spirits without knowing it. He lost 17pounds in 10 days
