I might start my upopular opinions thread soon. I am bored and I would love to see how you guys respond to my opinions. Whether you agree or not and why? Basically, just having an open discussion with one another. Looking forward to it.

1) WINNER got robbed in 2017 and that's something that bugs me till this day. How are you going to tell me that you had the most downloaded song for an idol group that year and gets absolutely nothing from the major award shows

2) iKON robbed in 2018. I know they had the SOTY but really 4 awards (2 daesangs),, i expected a lot more for the way they set countless of records and dominated the charts like none have ever seen before while you have other group getting 20 in one year (no hate tho)

3) BB is closest thing to reaching god tier status in K-pop. I am not talking about their achievements internationally rather what they did for the genre as a whole such as influences...

4) I rather listen to a song that can last a lifetime rather than multiple "generic" songs that starts to hurt after the first couple of listens.

5) Swi.T ( dubbed "The Korean version of TLC) was going somewhere before they abruptly disbanded due to outside forces.

6) I feel like 2NE1 and BLACKPINK could not exist and operate under the same company. "One has to die for the other one to succeed".

7) At this point in BTS's career, it really doesn't matter whether they release their worst song of their entire discography or their best, they will always win. They have achieve a status that not many before could achieve.

8) If K-pop is damaging your mental health, maybe you should stop and step aside for a bit. Music should never be that serious in the first place..

9) JYP ent. is still looking for "that" boy group that can 'compete' with the best of them on both the international and Korean markets. They had one but they goofed up..

10) The "BIG3" companies really f*cked up with their 3rd generation boy groups. From SME with EXO to YGE with WINNER and iKON to JYPE with GOT7. They shattered the momentum they gained..

11) I am worried for (G)I-DLE cause they are under CUBE. We have seen what they did to all their past groups after they start heating up and hope history doesn't repeat themselves.

12) This is another make it-or-break it year for iKON when this group catch a break, man. As a stan of the group, i feel so sorry for them again.

13) It really doesn't matter if Hanbin does reunite with iKON cause Susan has destroyed their reputation as a group.

14) Any so called "unpopular opinion" on BP, really can not be classified as unpopular when everybody echoes the same thing I swear.

15) There are not as many meaningful songs out there as it used to be. It all starting to sound the same..

16) C****M is really shady and doing business is questionable. They have done some stuff over the years that can raised people eyebrows..

17) Wonho made the best decision he could in this situation and I hope he gets re-integrated well back into society.

18) Although i spoke about awards earlier but i also feel like they have lost some value of the years. Like it doesn't mean the same thing as it once did, if that makes sense.

19) I don't think it is warranted for a person you to flaunt their faves' achievements as if they are the ones who personally achieved it.

20) Last one for now, it's great to break into western market which virtually any group can do right now with the correct push but having a stable standing in your home country should matter the most. If that push fails at least there is something to rely on.
