When he gets home, we have him strip in the garage and spray the groceries in bags with disinfectant spray.

He then takes his clothes directly to the wash and goes to wash his hands then body in the shower. I go get the groceries from the garage with gloves on

I take those gloves off. And sort through the groceries with a microfiber tower doused in my own bleach solution. We wipe down everything that goes in our house. Throw away all bags, contains, boxes that aren't needed in our outside trash.

Then I go change clothes, shower, and add my clothes to C's wash. It is exhausting

I forgot, we wipe down the counters, clean the sink, and mop the floors all with bleach after.
