Just to be clear: the lack of diversity, inclusion and representation across the professional world, but especially in media, is now officially proving deadly.
And this is just on the medical side of things. When we move to the economic it becomes even more severe.

In a post-Covid19 world the diversity rule book has to be burnt. Our national institutions (especially the BBC and other broadcasters), NHS, the financial sector, civil service, etc - can never ever be allowed to leave BAME people so underrepresented and vulnerable ever again.
