in-group out-group culture always works though, you can have clique culture without having dogma nor without allowing brownshirts/crusader types into your mix

promoting in-groupism and dissuading out-groupisms is one of the single most effective ways for pull
this is like a double edged sword though, you have to seek balance in this respect. take for instance in many circles where they have an almost religious devotion to their idols who bestow upon them knowledge and such, you do not want this king of ingroup vs outgroup dynamic
for it to work, it must not be based around idol worship, or you shall find your 'group' vanish just as quick as you do, it must be based on things that do not relate to personage at all. ppl are not meant to be worshiped, a cult of personality only lasts as long as they do
the aim of anyone who finds themselves in a position of power on a meta-scale controlling the destiny of culture should do everything in his power to ensure this culture is able to exist without your existence, you want self-sovereignty, you even hope they rebel against you 1 day
you must accept your place in the cycles, too many people fall into the egomania, nick fuentes is a good example. one he is gone, the movement will die. nobody will remember the tradcath groypers as anything more than the same ilk as sargon's kekistanis, thats what it is.
people want to make it, they have these silly delusions of grandeur, but thats not it. thats not what life is about, nor is it what your focus should be if you care about other people. would you rather your empire last 500 years or more but everyone forgot ur name, or it perish
in a single generation but everyone remembers your name. give me the 1st one, because names do not matter, blood matters, souls matter. you must accept your place in the turning of the wheel, you are only an instrument
booms & busts, the eternal cycle. we see it all around us in every facet of our lives from the most micro to the most macro, but so many people fail to work with it in their daily lives at all, esp when put in leadership positions, they squander it all for their ego

shameful
if the culture you help create cannot survive without you, it never happened

and one day you will have to leave, for their own good, and if you become a bad guy in doing so, so be it, just like a teen rebelling, it's for their own good
and I don't even mean on Twitter, this can be on a friend group level as well. like if you decide to make a dnd group or a guild in an mmo, will it survive without you?
