This is a reply from a Sinn Féín TD on Facebook to a comment about the @HSELive response to COVID-19.

It's worthy of an entire Masters dissertation, but for now a thread on what it means will have to suffice.

1/20
Let's start with the opening sentence.

When she says "ha trolls, nobody gas people" does she mean "do not gas people"?

or

"ha trolls nobody, gas people" as in "Louise trolls nobody" followed by "funny people"?

A right mystery from the start 😕

2/20
Second sentence.

Ok, so Louise seems to comment below articles and the TD doesn't like this.

Got it.

3/20
I think this is supposed to be "so *whose* loyal follower".

4/20
Taken together, this part of the second sentence makes absolutely no sense.

"or prat breen"

Or Prat Breen what!?

Don't leave us guessing Violet!

5/20
Third sentence

Is this a question? It begins with the word "Who".

Shopping trolley?

@timmydooley and @PatBreen1 out doing the big shop?

I'm lost.

6/20
Fourth sentence.

Starts off ok - "Hse are doing well" (I agree).

Then "it's just the government you are back falling short"

Is the government falling short, or is it Louise?

Poor Louise.

I don't envy Louise trying to read this.

7/20
Fifth sentence.

Doing so well until she said "there" instead of "their".

Should probably have started a new sentence for "you can sleep easy now" but I'll forgive it.

We've a lot more to get to anyhow.

4 cry emojis

9/20
Sixth sentence.

Is she now impersonating Louise?

Either that, or a Sinn Féin TD has just converted to either Fine Gael or Fianna Fáil live in a Facebook comments section.

"my leo and Michael"

What a time to be alive.

"How dare you" (in the voice of Greta Thunberg)

10/20
4 cry laugh emojis

11/20
Seventh sentence.

It's "you're" and "they're" but look, if you're a TD having a go at a constituent on Facebook, grammar takes a back seat right?

12/20
Eight sentence.

I feel like I'm doing Stations of the Cross here.

"Violet falls a third time".

Fall = there/their/they're

It's "They're" not "there"!!!

Plot twist as apparently Louise is the keyboard warrior.

This is just brilliant. Still one more sentence.

13/20
Ninth sentence.

Elected TD says "bs" in a Facebook comment.

"is start to dribble"..... just try putting that to use.

"He is start to dribble"
"She is start to dribble"
"Twitter is start to dribble"

This is comical.

14/20
"Have a good weekend".

Oh you got her good Violet!

Violet does a mic drop in her own head.

Louise is going to have a *great* weekend when she reads this Violet.

She'll be in stitches reading the whole thing.

15/20
Ok, so that's the full thing.

But I have a 🔔 BONUS ROUND 🔔.

16/20
🔔BONUS ROUND #1🔔

Every word that wasn't capitalised but should have been.

17/20
🔔BONUS ROUND #2🔔

Obvious spelling mistakes and bad grammar

18/20
🔔BONUS ROUND #3🔔

The absolutely mystery as to why most punctuation marks have a space before it.

That's just not allowed.

A few have no space, which is correct.

19/20
So that's it folks, the Sinn Féin TD for Clare.

Wouldn't pass Junior Cert English, but can't sit it anyway.

"Have a good weekend"
