So my company’s training course on “inclusion” tells me that if I forget someone’s name I’m guilty of a “micro-aggression”. This apparently is a serious offense punishable by termination and possibly death
None of us are untouched by the subtle everyday acts of exclusion. And its vitally important to control this (in the workforce).
These micro aggressions can affect mental and physical health. No really
we typically show 40-50 micro messages in 10 minutes. And it’s the thought police job to make sure these are not micro-aggressions. Like turning your head from someone which apparently means you don’t value their contribution
I’m sorry Thought Police but if the boss is dismissing Guilluame’s ideas it’s because they’re bad ideas. If she likes my ideas better it’s because they’re better ideas.
Showing interest in someone by asking where they are from is very very offensive
No sorry, Thought Police. I’m really not “hungry for more” indoctrination. But thanks for asking.
