I don’t know when things will start to look up, i only see things fall apart. I’ve been trying to keep myself as happy and less anxious as i can, by which i mean distracting myself from my negative thoughts by doing the things that i love. But nights are becoming increasingly-
difficult for me to pass. A mind so borne with deep anxiety, my brain is literally inducing physical issues like increased heartbeat and numbing of limbs. If anyone can give me some tips on how to control my anxiety at night, please hit me up on this thread. And, Stay safe!
