Folks, listen up! Especially you religious types!

Regular readers of my nonsense will know I don't partake of religion & I'm often critical of them, some of their leaders & followers. I like to think my criticism is fair but I understand why some may disagree.

#Coronavirus 1/7
Anyway, those of you who believe & have faith, this is a message for you:

THANK YOU!

This is an important time of year for many across different faiths. You would normally be practicing your faith whether in a church, synagogue, mosque, temple or around a table.

2/7
For you, it might be Vaisakhi, Easter, Passover, Ramadan, Bihu or another festival or period of great importance to you and your faith.

And you have decided to #StayAtHome .

THANK YOU.

#Coronavirus 3/7
It would be easy for people to say that your decision is nothing but it is - it is huge and we should all thank you for it.

Your decision is not a dereliction of your faith. It is a display of belief and humanity and generosity.

THANK YOU.

#StayAtHome #Coronavirus 4/7
Your upcoming celebrations and reflections may be alone, away from family and friends but there will be another day. And, thanks to you, this #Coronavirus will go quicker than if you went about your normal days and nights.

THANK YOU.

#StayAtHome #Coronavirus 5/7
From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Your decision to #StayAtHome represents the best of your faith and, despite you and I not believing the same thing, I am extremely thankful for the sacrifice you are making.

THANK YOU!

#StayAtHome #Coronavirus 6/7
However you celebrate, pray and reflect over the coming days, I hope that you have the best time that you can in the circumstances. I will keep you in my thoughts.

THANK YOU!
