1) Plan your Time
Identify what you need to do. Then consider how much time you have to do it. How much time do you need to allocate per task?
Create an outline plan by setting goals. You want to complete X work by Y date. Use Excel, Calendar and other apps to plan your time.

2) Make To-Do’s
Break down work into smaller, manageable tasks. Prioritise tasks. Create checklists. Each tick off that list will boost your morale and motivate you. This will go hand-in-hand with you planning your time.

3) Create a Routine
Are you an early-riser or a night-owl?
Adjust your work routine to boost productivity. If you get distracted in the afternoon, then wake up early in the morning and work then. Have some “work” and “social” slots.
Experiment to see what works best.

6) Tackling procrastination
Ease yourself into working. Start doing a little bit and you will naturally get into that work 'element'.
Use apps/phone settings to restrict distractions.
Give yourself a pep-talk and see the bigger picture- what does doing work now mean?
