@EE is the chat option not open at this time? My DD payments normally go out on the 17th if it’s a week day, my bill came out yesterday and it said I already paid for this on my account and texting BILL to 150 today, normally this happens 3 days before cash goes out.

Is this to do with being the Easter weekend or a new system from you? I don’t want to call 150 as not urgent as long as there’s nothing wrong.
