I know I’ve been tad quiet on twitter but a quick thread on why....

This week has been one of the more remarkable working weeks in my life. Last Sunday I joined Government Office Science to help support the Chief Scientist team and the SAGE team in our COVID-19 response.

I’ve learnt so much.

But if I’ve learnt one thing it is....

Conspiracies and misinformation cost lives....

What you hear from the experts is what folk really know. There is no other hidden truth. Listen to them as some of the finest, most dedicated scientists & public scientists are working tirelessly - in a completely unknown world - to keep everyone we love safe.
