After a day of rest I’ve had time to reflect - and after a hard couple of weeks I feel the need to share a thread of positivity...

Things I loved this week...

Stunning leadership for all @HODigital by @JoannaDavinson - showing the way by being human and humane - thank you

2. Incredible effort by @MattPhilpott8 and colleagues to enable working from home for an organisation of such size and complexity...

3. Massive appreciation for @robster970 for setting up his leadership team to be visible and honest about how hard it’s been...

4. Daily stand ups with the awesome user-centred design leaders I’m so lucky to work with. They’re doing incredible things to make design a part of how we operate - even in times of crisis...

5. Watching @cfunn and his team ( @jbuller @Access_Rhodes @kitation@...) shine a light on #accessibility as a must have - not something to be dispensed with when things get tough.

6. The whole UCD community @HODigital for clocking that this is the moment we come together and ditch our collective insecurity about our value
