gna make a thread for each time i workout copying oomfs! so far im on day 3 of working out at home
ok i didnt update this but today i did an ab workout so this is day 4, ill b working out again on monday
day 5!!! i missed yesterday bcus i was terribly sleep deprived but we are back today i did HIIT
day 6! today i did a lil ab workout since i was sore from yesterday's workout. gonna try to add leg + arm days in my routine
day 7 im ngl today was tough, i did a 20 min HIIT workout but atleast its done
day 8! today i did a glute and ab workout, both were hard but im slowly getting stronger + also ill be resuming working out on monday 🏋️‍♀️
day 9 i did HIIT today and im dead atleast its done
day 10! today i did glutes and arms, also im already seeing results from working out 5 days a week
day 11 just finished doing HIIT and im dead but its done
day 12 im dead
day 13 almost forgot to update this but i did HIIT anyways i dont work out on weekends so ill see yall monday
day 14 i did HIIT today
day 15... abs today
day 16 i did HIIT today, i think i need to watch what i eat bcus in reality my exercises are the equivalent to taking a walk so they are the kind of physical activiy id get outside of quarantine
day 17 abs today
day 18 HIIT! gonna be working out again monday
day 19 im ngl i fell off for two days bcus i didnt feel good but exercise makes me feel good so ill keep this up, today i did cardio :)
day 20, today i did yoga for a change. i dont want to focus on changing my looks thru exercise anymore but rather focus on moving my body and being healthy inside & out
day 21 almost didnt update this but yeah!! did HIIT now its gonna be the weekend so ill see yall monday
day 22 umm i skipped 2 days again but i did HIIT today
day 23 glutes today
day 24 HIIT today ill see yall monday
day 25 its monday so i did HIIT today, feels like ive been working out forever now but its only been 25 days
day 26 i did HIIT bcus i didnt workout yesterday but here we go
day 27 today was glutes but since im feeling ill i only did half of the workout
day 28 tbh i feel like no one is reading these but im updating them for me personally anyways today i went on a walk instead of exercising
