OK, I have a wild story to share about online dating in the age of social distancing: My best friend in Dallas was texting with this guy for a month now. He asked her to do a FaceTime drinks date last night. He cancels 20 min prior because he "hates being in front of the camera."

(It was his idea.)

She& #39;s immediately suspicious, thinking she might have been catfished. But she& #39;s googled him and seen his college soccer profile and such. It& #39;s definitely him.

Turns out, it was definitely actually him. No catfish.

He just had a wife.

That& #39;s why he couldn& #39;t FaceTime.
