Sending confirmed or presumptive positive cases home to self-isolate with family or housemates should be a last resort. Communities and government should set up isolation facilities in dorms or hotels ASAP.

We can& #39;t wait for government to act. Friends and family can find ways to pool resources, communities should do this for themselves.
