@MattHancock says gov PPE plan is made up of 3 strands: 1) clear guidance on who needs what PPE and when, 2) creating "herculean" distribution network to make sure all necessary PPE is where it should be, and 3) Maintaining PPE supplies as high demand continues

@MattHancock announces an online portal so hospitals and other health centres can request PPE as and when they need it - this will be rolled out over the next three weeks. Sadly we need the PPE now!
