How is this not a failed state when tens of thousands of Americans are being killed & economically devastated by the negligence of a government the majority of people didn’t vote for & don’t support?

...And we’re not even certain the government can be changed via a democratic election b/c the electoral system itself is under relentless assault by the same folks responsible for causing more American deaths than the Vietnam War?
