Meditation is a cheap imitation of prayer.

It has none of the depth and none of the connection; the self-centred exercise of a narcissistic culture.

The fact that so many are unable to detach from their ego and not take this as a personal assault only further proves my point.

Meditation can be an effective tool,

but undertaken without a wider spiritual framework is a narcisstic endeavour.
