"I know you were pretty young when he died, but he loved watching all his favorite heroes & showing them to you. Nowadays we've seen real super heroes all over the place fighting gods & aliens & monsters & doing their best to protect us...

...& with all those larger than life icons out there we can forget the heroes sitting right in front of us. Tony saved us all with that snap, just like Ben saved you & me from that mugger. You may feel like everyone wants you to be Iron Man...

...but you don't Peter. You're already the hero you need to be. No one knows who Spider-Man is better than you, & whether you're saving 1 person or the whole world, I know that just like Tony & just like Ben, you are a hero & you'll do the right thing no matter what."
