Day 10: #dodiemonth
I’ve been experiencing a lot of anxiety + depersonalization lately and I just want say that you are not alone in this even though it may feel like it since we all are staying home. I made a list of activities for everyone to do at home to keep grounded:
If anyone wants to add on you are welcome to :)
1. Sketch, Paint, Color
2. Make art using Illustrator/Photoshop
3. Make hands on art (origami, jewelry, clothes, embroidery, knit, scrapbooking)
4. Write your emotions out (I do it in journal entries)
5. Sleep in if you need to!
6. Video chat with your friends
7. Play online games with your friends (Jackbox, Uno, Monopoly, Minecraft, Andy multiplayer games)
8. Set up a dine in movie theatre in your house
9. Watch some live streams either from musicians or you tubers or from twitch
10. Make a pillow fort and make it your movie theatre
11. Go for a walk (USING SOCIAL DISTANCING)
12. Make a garden
13. Make some songs
14. Do home workout
15. Rearrange a room like dodie said (I did it and it works I love it)
16. Paint a room
17. Learn a language (don’t forget about Sign Language!)
18. Make meals you’ve never made before
19. Research stuff you don’t know about (origins of companies/countries/art movements, history about palaces, different cultures)
20. Dance your heart out/learn a new dance
21. Learn Calligraphy
22. Spring Cleaning
23. Bake some treats
24. Write a book
25. Listen to new artists
26. Treat yourself in any way
27. Relax in a bath with candles and a book/tv show
28. Dye your hair/ do something new
29. Tie dye some clothes
30. Make fabric face masks
