Seeking research that supports the effectiveness of the "naïve task" strategy, which has also been called "You, y'all, we." I'm finding conference presentations and general discussions, but no real proof this strategy works for learning & retention. Is it called something else?
I've seen @MrVaudrey and @Jstevens009 use this method, but they didn't call it by either of those terms. Other folks associated are Kimberly Van Orman at @AlbanyPhilo and Magdalene Lampert.
