[RAC1] | Emili Rousaud, former Barça President: "Someone has dipped their hand into the funds"

Six managers of the Barça Board resigned tonight and one of them, Emili Rousaud, made it clear that they "have done it for the good of the club"

Rousaud: "The invitation to resign came to us last week linked to the fact that the audit report was about to come down, and also because the proposed pay cut was not enough to cover the club's economic problems due to this pandemic."

Rousaud: "If the auditors tell us that the cost of this service is €100,000 and we paid one million, then it is clear that someone has put their hands on the box. I have no evidence and cannot say who."

Rousaud: "This contract had been broken into pieces of €200,000 so that it would not have to go through the control commission."

Price Waterhouse has performed an external audit and will present the results shortly

Rousaud: "The president may already know the results, and it has been one of the factors that made us leave. What we wanted to do is leave together to give the socios a message."

Rousaud: "We are loyal to the club. I know that if we leave the board within a month we will no longer speak. I was really excited to be President of Barça, but I prefer to sleep well and look in the mirror."
