Addressing Demand 4:
The university has already conducted a consultative meeting with the central and local student councils, which are tasked to represent the student body, thereby ensuring the students& #39; active participation in policy making (...)
Student councils officers are also constantly asking for feedback from their constituents through their personal accounts and also through surveys.
OVRAA is also consulting from professors and administrators of all colleges and faculties in the university.

I personally find it weird that one of the demands is simply the status quo.
Addressing Demand 3:
Salaries and benefits of teachers and regular non-teaching staff are ensured and have not been compromised. This is the first part of the demand, which is still Status Quo (SQ).
Regular non-teaching staff and faculty members have been providing assistance to our contractual workers.

UST entity is bounded by contracts with their 3rd party service providers for Security and City Service which limits their ability to sustain the salaries for these workers.
USTH health workers are relatively well taken care of and are offered dorm, food, and transpo. Negotiation for quarantine leave credits is ongoing.

The university is also helping out other hospitals.
Addressing Demand 2:
"Refund Tuition Fee!"

I mean, come on read the guidelines. It already says that OVRF will release guidelines for the refunds.
At this point THREE out of FOUR-POINT demands are already STATUS QUO.

These kinds of hasty actions just makes their communication with you more difficult because it seems like you guys aren& #39;t listening.
